We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, or voice control.

What we aim for
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That standard is the benchmark we measure against when we build and review pages. In practice we aim to make sure that:
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
- Text has enough contrast against its background to stay readable.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative ones are skipped by screen readers.
- Forms have labels that are announced properly, and errors explain what to fix rather than only marking a field red.
- Pages reflow on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged.
- Headings describe the structure of a page so it can be navigated by landmark.
Where we know we fall short
We have not yet completed a formal third-party audit of this site, so we cannot claim full conformance. Until we have, please treat the standard above as what we are working towards rather than something we have verified. Some third-party content, such as the online booking tool, is provided by another company and is outside our direct control, though we do raise problems with them.
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site gets in your way, we want to hear about it. A specific report helps us fix it faster, so if you can, please include:
- The page you were on.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you were using, if you know it.
We aim to respond within five business days, and we will tell you what we plan to do about it and roughly when.
If you need another way to reach us
You never have to use this website to get care from us. If any part of it is difficult for you, call the clinic and we will help you directly — booking an appointment, answering a question, or taking information over the phone instead of through a form.
