These terms apply when you use this website or request a consultation through it. Please read them before placing a request.

Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and request a consultation. Please do not attempt to access areas of the site reserved for clinic staff, interfere with its operation, or use it to submit information that is not your own.
This site is not medical advice
The information published here is general and is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for speaking with a clinician about your own situation. Reading it does not create a patient relationship with us.
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use this website to report an urgent problem. We do not monitor it continuously and cannot respond to emergencies through it.
Consultation requests
Submitting a request is a request, not a purchase, and not a guarantee that anything will be prescribed or shipped. A clinician reviews what you submit and decides whether the therapy is appropriate for you. They may approve the request, decline it, or ask you for more information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us. The health questionnaire is how a clinician judges whether a therapy is safe for you, so incomplete or inaccurate answers can lead to a decision that is wrong for your situation.
Payment
How payment works depends on where your request is in the review process:
- When you provide card details at checkout, your card is authorized. This places a hold. You are not charged at this point.
- If a clinician approves your request, the authorized amount is captured and your card is charged.
- If a clinician declines your request, the hold is released and you are not charged. Depending on your bank, a released hold can take several days to disappear from your statement.
- Card authorizations expire if they are not captured. If yours expires before a decision is made, we may ask you to authorize payment again.
Prices shown include the item price and any shipping charge displayed at checkout. Prices are calculated by us at the time of the authorization.
Shipping
Approved orders ship to the address you provided. Please check it before submitting: we cannot recover an order sent to an address entered incorrectly. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns
Because these products are intended for individual use and cannot be restocked once dispatched, they are not returnable except where the law requires it or where something arrived damaged or incorrect. If there is a problem with what you received, contact us promptly and we will work it out with you.
Tracking your order
There is no account to log in to. Each item you order is issued a tracking ID, and that ID is what lets you view the order. Keep it private, and contact us if you lose it or think someone else has it.
Our content
The text, images, and design on this site belong to Red River Family Clinic or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking us first.
Limits
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for the clinical care we provide.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the terms in force when you submitted a request are the ones that apply to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
