This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you use the site.
- When you contact us. Your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to write in your message.
- When you request a peptide consultation. Your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, shipping address, and your answers to the health questionnaire, including medications, allergies, medical conditions, prior injuries, and symptoms.
- When you pay. Our payment processor collects your card details directly. We receive only the card brand, the last four digits, and the expiry date. Full card numbers and security codes never reach our systems.
- When you verify your identity. We record that verification took place and the method used. We do not store Social Security numbers or copies of identity documents.
- Automatically. Standard web server logs, and small amounts of data stored in your own browser to keep your cart and consultation progress between pages.
Why we collect it
- To review a consultation request and make a clinical decision on it.
- To take payment for an approved order, and to release the authorization on one that is declined.
- To email you about your request, including its outcome and your tracking information.
- To ship an approved order to you.
- To keep the records we are required to keep, and to protect the site against misuse.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not use tracking pixels or link rewriting in the emails we send you about your care.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site and its records.
- Our payment processor, which collects and processes card payments. Card data is entered directly into their systems, not ours.
- Our email provider, which delivers the messages we send you.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.
How your order is protected
There is no patient login on this site. When you submit a request, we issue a tracking ID for each item you ordered, and that ID is the only way to view the order. It is randomly generated so that it cannot be guessed from another one. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can see that order. If you think yours has been exposed, contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation and order records for as long as we are required to retain medical and business records, and for as long as needed to answer questions about care you received. Records of the emails we send you are kept as proof that you were notified.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, though we will still email you about an order already in progress, because otherwise you would have no way to learn what happened to it.
To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify who you are before we act on a request about health information.
Children
The peptide consultation service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect health information through this website from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian involved.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we handle information already collected will be communicated directly where we are able to do so.
